At Al Fakher World, we value our customers' satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Refund within 24 hours of ordering
   If you wish to cancel your order, you have the option to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

2. No refunds after 24 hours
   If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order and you have not submitted a refund request, we can no longer issue a refund as your order is usually already packed and prepared for shipping.

3. Partial refund after 24 hours
   If you would like a refund after 24 hours, this may only be possible for a fee. Due to the possible need to recall the package from the logistics company, in this case we can refund a maximum of 50% of the order value.

4. No refunds after shipping
   Once your package has been shipped and you have received a tracking number, no refunds are possible.

5. Refund in case of package loss
   All our packages are insured. In case of loss of the package, we will refund you the full order value.

6. Incorrect delivery address or undeliverable shipments
   If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect delivery address or other reasons caused by the customer, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.
