At Al Fakher World, we highly value our customers' satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. Our refund policies are as follows:

1. Refund within 24 hours of order placement
   If you wish to cancel your order, you have the option to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund.

2. No refund after 24 hours
   If more than 24 hours have passed since your order and you have not submitted a refund request, we can no longer provide a refund, as your order is usually already packaged and prepared for shipping.

3. Partial refund after 24 hours
   If you request a refund after 24 hours have passed, this may only be possible against a fee. Due to the possible need to recall the package from the logistics company, we can refund a maximum of 50% of the order value in this case.

4. No refund after dispatch
   Once your package has been dispatched and you have received a tracking number, no refunds can be made.

5. Refund for package loss
   All of our packages are insured. In the event of a package being lost, we will refund you the full order value.

6. Incorrect delivery address or undeliverable shipments
   If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect delivery address or for other reasons caused by the customer, the customer shall bear the costs of re-shipment.
